Positions we recruit for include:
Dealer Principal
Responsible for all aspects of running a dealership Involved with planning budgets, marketing, results etc.
Dealer Accountant
Controls and oversees all matters relating to financing, credit control, budgeting, etc for the dealership
Customer Care Manager
Is the customer’s first point of contact where the customer has experienced a difficulty that needs more attention to resolve. Oversees the CSI policy of the dealership. This person is the liaison between the dealership and the manufacturer is resolving customer issues.
Sales Manager
Monitors the performance of the sales staff. They are responsible for all aspects relating to the showroom, forecourts etc. Plans new car order stock pipeline, devises local marketing strategies.
Sales Executives
Customer facing sales staff involved in identifying and offering the correct product to meet the customer’s requirements.
Business Manager
Advises on finance packages, other services and benefits.
Aftersales Manager
Oversees both the Service and Parts Departments with the Service ad Parts Manager reporting to him.
Service Manager
Day to day control of the workshop environment. Responsible for meeting workshop budgets, workshop marketing ad quality of workmanship
Workshop Controller
In charge of technicians. Deals with workshop loading reports to the Service Manager
Service Advisor
Liaison point between customers and workshops. Dealing with customers, updating the database.
Dealer Expert Technician/Master Technician
The highly trained technician who is normally involved in the diagnosis and rectification of the more difficult problems
Technician
Skilled mechanic involved in the service and repair of vehicle
Parts Manager
In charge of the parts department, stock orders, stock control, parts marketing, parts deliveries ad achievement of sales objectives.
