Tyres online recommendation

How do sellers recommend their own products? Let"s look at the matter taking tyres online as an example. I had to buy a set of new tyres some time ago and I must tell you that I really had problems choosing the best offers. I really did! Sellers described their products as absolutely reliable, 100% brand new and of perfect quality. They also added some free stuff such as car accessories to encourage potential buyers. Of curse, some of them also used other methods. They lowered the price. This, however, often made them look much less trustworthy in the eyes of customers. Their profiles were not visited very often. Perhaps good quality tyres online are supposed to cost a lot of money. A price that is suspiciously low may discourage some potential customers. Some other methods of promoting items included making them more visible on the website (by paying for additional services such as listing on the top of all other positions in search results) or leaving links on internet forums. I finally ended up buying tyres online form a man who did not describe his product in a spectacular way, but some of his previous customers had left a lot of positive feedback... I guess it"s something you can really rely on.
